Refund & Return Policy – Sabor Cubano Market

Due to the nature of our products, all food and snack items are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at logistics@saborcubanomarket.com, including clear photos of the product and packaging.

After review, we may offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Perishable food items

• Sale items

• Gift cards

• Orders refused or returned due to incorrect address provided by the customer

Shipping delays caused by the carrier do not qualify for refunds.

 

European Union Notice:

At this time, Sabor Cubano Market does not ship to the European Union.
